Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Jackson is eager to be on board the Pyramid team and growing as a Pool Operator...and as your friend! He spends his free time playing with his three cats, watching tv, and daydreaming about your clean pool. The newest addition to our team, in his first 12 months, Jackson has quickly become a valued part of our Service team and we are excited to see what comes next.

Never met a pool he couldn't tame, Johnny brings 3 years of experience in pool cleaning, maintenance and filter servicing. Whenever Erik can't be there for your pool, you'll get Johnny's smile, great jokes and magical "net hands". When he's not pool whispering, Johnny loves to sail the seven seas of greater Austin.

"Ripper Rita, the Riptide Vacuum Cleana" brings a wealth of expertise in the area of leaf and debris removal. Recently awarded MVP at Pyramid Pool Service for 2025, Rita's speed, accuracy and efficiency in leaf and debris removal makes her an absolute asset to the team. Erik the owner goes above and beyond. We had a bad algae problem that didn’t seem to want to go away. Eric was persistent and showed up multiple days in a row to try to tackle the problem. We eventually had to drain some of the pool to get the phosphates down, but the pool is looking amazing now. He wasn’t gonna give up until it was perfect. He threw in a couple free phosphate and filter cleans and has been very responsive throughout this process. I couldn’t be more happy using his services. I would highly recommend using him for any of your pool maintenance needs.
